Sunday selection: bourbon, cities, London arcade and a meet-up?

My week couldn’t have started any better, drinking bourbon at a Woodford Reserve event on Monday night. It made me realise that Monday nights are underrated – surely there’s no better way to start the week than in the company of interesting people with an Old Fashioned in hand.

Would anyone be up for a Monday night bourbon club? We could sip some liquid sunshine and discuss:

This reimagined Eames chair (for two!)

American railway photography

Perhaps we could visit this new London arcade

And then wander around London on our own typographic mission

We will likely get angry talking about how London has privatised itself to death

And weigh up the pros and cons of turning old phone booths into mobile phone charging stations

With plenty of talk about the relationship between cities, architecture and art

Anybody in?! If you fancy a night of my kind of city related geek leave a comment / send me a tweet / drop me an email and if anybody’s interested let’s make one Monday this month awesome.

Have a great week,

Carla
